What’s your mission field?

SYATP_PHOTO_4_LRWhen you think about your mission field, where are you and who are the people that you see? At the heart of Graystone Church is students and kids. We are passionate about seeing kids and students come to know Christ and walking beside them as they live it out.  Opportunities that we have to minister to our community, outside the physical walls of our church, are blessings to us.

Five years ago God opened the door for us to begin one of Gwinnett’s first Good News Clubs at Grayson Elementary. We’ve seen dozens of children come to know Christ and since have started clubs at Cooper Elementary and Harbins Elementary (beginning this year). Our mission field has tripled in size and the access that God has given to precious souls that need Him are countless. We are super pumped about these clubs kicking off next week – Grayson and Cooper on Tuesday, September 29th and Harbins on Wednesday, September 30th. If you have a child that attends one of these schools, get them registered by e-mailing brie@graystonechurch.com. Please also contact us if you’d like to volunteer.

Tomorrow, we will host See you at the Pole at Grayson and Cooper. Around the globe, in every time zone, students will be gathering at their flagpoles, praying for their school, friends, families, churches, and communities. See you at the Pole is a day committed to global unity in Christ and prayer. Graystone will be  giving away FREE donuts. However, the most humbling part is hearing the voices of children talk to our God. He hears their prayers. Cooper will begin at 7:40 a.m. and Grayson will begin at 8:00 a.m.! Parents, children, and community leaders are also invited to join us! See you tomorrow!
